All our seed for milling is grown right on our farm! Rest assured, no chemicals were sprayed, no preservatives added, and nothing has been bleached! You are getting the healthiest milled flour possible.

Background
We began raising hard red winter wheat and winter cereal rye a few years ago on our farm. My wife decided to start milling some seed to use as flour in her own kitchen. We liked it so much and enjoyed the quality so much better then store bought flour that we decided to offer it to other people. We have received such an awesome response, we are ready to share it with EVERYONE!
Once the seed has been harvested, we put it in a holding bin until needed. Upon retrieval, the seed is cleaned to remove any fines and then milled. We do not remove anything from the flour, you are getting the whole seed freshly milled. NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED!! NO BLEACHING!!
